Course Requirements

Identification will be checked to confirm the identity of each student attending the course.

At the beginning of each Zoom or MS Teams session, the instructor has 45 minutes to verify each student’s identification in a private breakout session.

Students must show approved identification via their camera.

Only acceptable forms of state or country identification will be used to confirm identity.

Approved Course Number

Each course has a unique course number, shared only with students who complete the required hours.
The course number must appear on the completion certificate along with the student’s name.
Upon completing required hours, students receive a Certificate of Completion for submission to the Secretary of State.

Course Materials

Students receive a hard copy of course materials (excluding the completion certificate).
Materials provided are the same as those used by the instructor during training.
Students can ask questions or request clarification during the session.
Instructors are available for 1 hour after the course to answer remaining questions.
Students can also call the office for further assistance after the course.
